Fort Worth, Texas –Lone Star, ACA (Lone Star Ag Credit), the premier ag-lender in Texas, hosted their 5th Annual Appreciation Dinner on April 19th at Catfish Village in Ore City, Texas for the stockholders’ of the New Boston Credit Office. The dinner was held to thank stockholders for helping make 2006 an extremely successful year and for their continued support of the association.
The catfish dinner celebrated a $7,000,000 cash patronage that was paid out to stockholders in the first quarter of 2007. The Association’s credit quality, earnings and growth were excellent in 2006.
“When our association is successful, we pass the success to the borrowers. That is the beautiful thing about a cooperative association – everyone benefits,” said Brody Baird, New Boston Credit Office president.
