Lone Star Ag Credit hosts Appreciation Dinner in Stephenville

Stephenville, Texas - Lone Star, ACA (Lone Star Ag Credit), the premier ag-lender in Texas, hosted their 5th Annual Appreciation Dinner on July 26th at City Hall (at City Limits) in Stephenville, Texas for the stockholders of the Stephenville and Weatherford Credit Offices. The dinner was held to thank stockholders for helping make 2006 an extremely successful year and for their continued support of the association.

The dinner celebrated a $7,000,000 cash patronage that was paid out to stockholders in the first quarter of 2007.  The Association’s credit quality, earnings and growth were excellent in 2006. 

“Lone Star Ag Credit had a very successful year in 2006 and in 2007 we are sharing our successes with our borrowers through a strong patronage payment and a time of fellowship.  That is the beautiful thing about a cooperative association – everyone benefits,” said Tommy Keith, Lone Star Ag Credit Regional President.
